Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders (breasts or thighs) Cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce Adjust to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Cut your chicken into 3-inch pieces for convenient skewering.

Coating the Chicken

  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces in olive oil.
  • Add all the seasonings and ensure each piece is thoroughly coated.

Preparing the Skewers

  • Thread the chicken pieces tightly onto the soaked skewers.

Making the Sauce

  • Melt the butter and minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir in the Parmesan, fresh parsley, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder.

Cooking the Skewers

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook the chicken skewers in batches for about 5 minutes.
  • Flip the skewers, brush with garlic Parmesan sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Flip again, baste with sauce, and cook for another 5–6 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serving

  • Drizzle remaining sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

To ensure perfect skewers, always soak the wooden skewers. Optional extras like bell peppers or zucchini can be added for flavor and nutrition. Adjust hot sauce level for desired spice.
