Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by dicing the ripe avocado, the crisp cucumber, and the juicy cherry tomatoes.
  • If using canned tuna, drain it well; if using fresh grilled tuna, flake it into bite-sized pieces.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Combine
