Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish.
  • Scatter the pitted olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sliced garlic, dried rosemary, thyme, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the seasoned olive oil mixture over the feta and surrounding ingredients.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Switch your oven to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching closely until the top of the feta turns golden.
