Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into manageable chunks.
  • If using frozen blueberries, thaw them for a few minutes at room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, blueberries, plain yogurt, honey, and almond milk.
  • Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add a splash of almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use frozen bananas. You can also add protein powder, nuts, or leafy greens for extra nutrition. The longer you blend, the creamier the smoothie will become.
