Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and honey. Use an electric mixer to beat these ingredients together until smooth.
  • Gently stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help the mixture firm up.
  • After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Dipping

  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each bliss bite halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  • Sprinkle each ball with crushed pistachios and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with extra honey and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.

Notes

For a unique twist, add a pinch of sea salt to melted white chocolate before dipping. You can substitute pistachios with almonds or walnuts, or mix in almond extract or cinnamon for added flavor.
