Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully incorporated and resembles wet sand.
  • Press about 2 tablespoons of this mixture into the bottom of each jar. Chill the jars in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Spoon this cheesecake mixture over the chilled crusts in the jars.

Blackberry Mousse Layer

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh blackberries, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
  • In a separate bowl, fold the blackberry puree into whipped topping for a light and airy mousse.
  • Layer this mixture on top of the cheesecake layer.

Garnish and Serve

  • Top the jars with fresh blackberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  • Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

These jars can be prepared a day in advance. Use clear glass jars for presentation. Adjust sweetness based on berry ripeness. Store covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze without toppings for longer storage.
