Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Once fork-tender and caramelized, drizzle any excess glaze over the carrots and serve.

Notes

Cut carrots into uniform sizes for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to prevent steaming.
