Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the plums in half and remove the pits.
  • Place the plums on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Roast the plums in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they are soft and caramelized.
  • While the plums roast, toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat.

Assembly

  • Arrange the roasted plums on a plate with the burrata in the center.
  • Drizzle the burrata and plums with olive oil and balsamic vinegar if using.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and fresh thyme.
  • Serve immediately.
