Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Boil the tortellini in salted water for 2 minutes less than the package recommends, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and half the mozzarella cheese. Toss gently to coat.
  • Pour the mixture into your greased dish and top with the remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.

Baking

  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley if desired. Serve hot.
