Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, whole milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, along with frozen peas and cooked corn if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Place the refrigerated biscuits on top of the chicken mixture, spaced evenly.
  • Brush the biscuits with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
