Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Husk and rinse the corn, brush each ear with olive oil, and place them on a lined baking tray.

Mixing the Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir until well-integrated, then brush the mixture over the corn.

Cooking

  • Roast the corn in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, or grill for about 15 minutes, rotating for even cooking.

Cheesy Finish

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the hot corn, then place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

Garnishing

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top of the corn before serving. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side.

Notes

Use fresh corn for the best flavor. Allow sufficient cooking time to achieve caramelization.
