Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk thoroughly.
  • Add the milk and melted butter. Mix until a soft dough forms. The dough should be smooth and slightly sticky.

Frying

  • Roll small portions of the dough into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the dough balls in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly.

Filling and Coating

  • In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk and custard until well combined.
  • Use a piping bag fitted with a nozzle to fill each doughnut puff with the creamy mixture.
  • While warm, roll the puffs in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
