Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until frothy.
  • Add the cottage cheese to the eggs and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese, spinach, diced bell pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the bake is set and the top is golden brown.
