For the Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch) Soft and pliable for rolling.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s silky smooth.
  • Add in the crumbled feta, chopped dried cranberries, toasted pecans, finely chopped green onions, optional honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir gently until fully combined.
  • Spread a generous amount of the creamy filling over each flour tortilla, reaching nearly to the edges.

Rolling and Chilling

  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, ensuring the filling is encased well.
  • Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Serving

  • After chilling, unwrap each roll and place on a cutting board.
  • Slice the rolls into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra chopped green onions or pecans.

Notes

To ensure tight rolls and easy slicing, refrigerate the pinwheels before serving. Can be made ahead of time.
