Preparation

  • Shred the cucumber using a grater, place it in a clean kitchen towel, and squeeze out any excess moisture.

  • Add the shredded cucumber and season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Assembly

  • Lay out slices of soft white bread on a cutting board.
