Ingredients

Lobster and Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Fresh Lobster Tails Tender and sweet, ready for the sauce.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Contributes to the dish's luxurious texture.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Finely minced to add aroma.
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream Creates the rich and creamy sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated for umami flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for brightness.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground, adjust to taste.
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.
  • to taste Lemon Wedges For serving, optional.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently pry the meat out while ensuring it remains attached at the base, allowing the meat to rest on top of the shell.

Make the Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook the mixture until the sauce thickens slightly, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the Lobster Tails

  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously spoon the creamy sauce over the exposed lobster meat, ensuring it's covered. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the lobster is fully cooked and opaque.

Garnish and Serve

  • Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for an added zing.

Notes

Choose the freshest lobster tails for best flavor. Monitor baking to avoid overcooking. Experiment with different cheeses for variations. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for heat, if desired.
