Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.

Baking

  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped parsley if using.
  • Serve warm with Greek yogurt or ranch dip and garnish with lemon wedges.

Notes

Customize seasonings by adding cayenne for heat or breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
