Instructions

Preparation

  • Pound chicken to even thickness, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  • Press each chicken breast into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • After cooking, remove chicken from the pan and melt remaining butter.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, careful not to burn.
  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
