  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, sriracha mayo, or chipotle aioli)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • If using, sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again.

Cooking

  • Arrange the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy on the edges.
  • Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
