Ingredients

For the Dip

  • 100 g cream cheese, softened Provides a luxurious texture.
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream Adds tanginess and smoothness.
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped Adds mild onion flavor and color.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Brightens the dip.
  • Extra scallions or chives For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges To serve, adds refreshing citrus notes.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels to ensure a better crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional smoked paprika.

Coating

  • Press each salmon cube into the Everything Bagel seasoning until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 200°C (390°F) for about 6–8 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through.

Preparing the Dip

  • In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, scallions, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Stir until creamy and smooth, then chill until ready to serve.

Serving

  • Plate the golden brown salmon bites alongside the creamy scallion dip.
  • Garnish with extra scallions or chives and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers separately in airtight containers, and enjoy within two days. Can be made gluten-free with proper seasoning.
