Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather a jar and combine the olive oil, lemon juice, grated ginger, clover honey, and sea salt. Seal the jar and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Rinse the cauliflower, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, and parsley thoroughly under cold water. After drying, chop each of the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Coarsely chop the raw almonds to your desired size.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped veggies, almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  • Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the salad mix, tossing gently to ensure all components are evenly coated.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
