Instructions

Preparation

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each.

Assembly

  • Layer 2 slices of cheddar and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on each cream cheese-layered slice.
