Instructions

Bloom the Gelatin

  • Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the dill pickle juice in a small pan and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Heat and Mix

  • Warm the pan over low heat, stirring gently until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Add sugar, dill weed, garlic powder, and food coloring if desired, stirring until combined.

Fill the Molds

  • Using a dropper or small spoon, pour the gelatin mixture into your gummy worm molds, tapping gently to release air bubbles.

Chill to Set

  • Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and chill for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.

Unmold and Store

  • Once set, gently pop the gummies out and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Use high-quality gelatin for the best texture. Experiment with flavors and shapes. For added heat, include spices. Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
