Instructions

Preparation

  • Roughly chop the pickles, jalapeños, and garlic. Remove the seeds from jalapeños if milder flavor is preferred.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor along with a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth or leave it chunky based on your preference.
  • Taste and adjust flavors by adding salt, vinegar, honey, or more spices as desired.
  • Pour into a sealed jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2-4 weeks. Experiment with different pepper varieties or add fruits for variations.
