Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until blended well.
  • Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the top of the chicken and sauce and gently press it down.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set to LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Serving

  • Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the pot, mixing it lightly with the stuffing and sauce. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Consider adding sautéed vegetables for extra flavor. You can use plain yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
