Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores.
  • Place the halved pears on a baking sheet, cut side facing up.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and honey. Mix until well combined.

Stuffing and Baking

  • Fill each pear with the cheese mixture, pressing it in gently.
