Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Thinly sliced

For the Ramen

  • 2 packs ramen noodles Discard seasoning packet

For the Garlic Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream For creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds nuttiness
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Adds savory depth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Provides umami flavor
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha Optional for extra heat
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Preparing Noodles

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions, discard seasoning, drain, and set aside.

Making Garlic Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add butter and let melt. Sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan, chicken broth, soy sauce, and optional sriracha. Let simmer for about 3–4 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix until everything is warm and coated with sauce.

Serving

  • Dish the ramen into bowls, topping each with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

Perfect the soft-boiled eggs by boiling them for six minutes, then placing them in an ice bath. Adjust spice level as per preference.
