Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • In a bowl, stir together cream of chicken, cream of celery, water, and rice until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread it evenly.
  • Place chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over everything.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 90 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
