  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Next, add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the turkey is browned and fully cooked.
  • While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes (in a pot or microwave).
  • Once the turkey is cooked, add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and mix well, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Now, stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice, which will add freshness.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
