Ingredients

Pasta and Steak

  • 12 ounces linguine Cooked to al dente perfection
  • 1 pound sirloin steak Seared to your preferred doneness

Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter Rich and creamy
  • 3 cloves garlic Finely minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Forms the base of the sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes For added spice

Instructions

Preparation

  • Boil the Pasta: Cook the linguine in a pot of salted water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Sear the Steak: In a large pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter until it foams. Season the steak with salt and black pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan, let rest, and slice.

Cooking

  • Make the Sauce: In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Toss in crushed red pepper flakes and allow the sauce to thicken.
  • Combine Everything: Gently toss the cooked linguine in the creamy garlic sauce. Top with sliced steak.

Serving

  • Serve Warm: Dish up the Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an exceptional experience, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or fresh spinach. Allow steak to rest to retain juices, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
