Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and wrap the garlic cloves in foil. Roast them until golden and soft, about 30-40 minutes. Once cooled, mash the garlic into a smooth paste.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, roasted garlic paste, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper into the butter mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
  • Transfer the butter mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log and roll tightly, twisting the ends.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up, then slice into rounds.
