Ingredients

For the Beef Filling

  • 1/2 lb ground beef Rich in flavor and protein-rich.

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese For melted and gooey goodness.
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares For a surprise cheesy center.

For the Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted For brushing the tops.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For aroma on the crust.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For gourmet finishing touch.

For Garnish

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For a pop of color and freshness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese. Let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each round of the refrigerated biscuit dough in your palm, place a spoonful of beef filling and a cheese square in the center, and pinch the edges to seal.

Baking

  • Position the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once baked, brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can assemble the bombs ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. For dipping, serve with ranch dressing or garlic aioli.
