Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Divide the beef mixture into small, equal-sized patties. In the center of each patty, place a cube of cheddar cheese.
  • Gently roll the patties around the cheese, making sure they seal nicely.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into rounds.
  • Flatten each biscuit round and carefully wrap it around a beef patty.
  • Place the wrapped patties on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Brush the tops of the biscuit-wrapped patties with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
