Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lay out flour tortillas on a clean surface and layer the fillings with sliced grilled chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  • Spoon Alfredo sauce over the chicken. Add shredded mozzarella or provolone and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling, and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  • Spoon extra Alfredo sauce over the wraps ensuring they are generously coated.
  • Finish by sprinkling the toasted panko breadcrumbs and extra Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Preheat your broiler and place the baking dish under it for 2-3 minutes, or until tops are bubbly and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot!

Notes

For added depth, you can include a pinch of red pepper flakes in the Alfredo sauce. Feel free to add sautéed vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezing is also an option for up to a month.
