Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Thread the pineapple chunks onto the skewers and brush lightly with oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, chili flakes, soy sauce, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt to prepare the chili-lime glaze.

Grilling

  • Grill the skewers for about 2–3 minutes per side, basting with glaze during the last minute.

Coconut Yogurt Preparation

  • Mix the coconut yogurt with lime zest and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  • Spread the yogurt on a serving platter, top with grilled skewers, and drizzle with remaining glaze.
