Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
