Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream.

Streusel Topping

Baking
