Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic, parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap, forming it into a log shape. Twist the ends to seal.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up. For longer storage, freeze the log.
