Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into the muffin tins, filling each cup and pressing down lightly.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
