  • 2 tbsp flour For coating the burrata to create the crust.

Preparation

  • Gently coat the cold burrata ball lightly with flour.
  • In a deep pan, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking

  • Carefully place the coated burrata into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the burrata from the oil and drain it on paper towels.
  • While it’s still hot, sprinkle everything seasoning generously.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the molten interior.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider air-frying instead of deep-frying. It’s best to serve this dish immediately for optimal texture.
