Preparation

  • Take each piece of mozzarella, coat it in flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally roll it in breadcrumbs.
  • For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
  • Freeze the coated cheese bites on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes.

Frying

  • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the cheese bites in small batches for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
