Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.

Assembly

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust evenly.
  • Dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • Fold in the sliced strawberries and pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Chilling
