Instructions

Make the Swirl

  • Simmer the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat for about five minutes until juicy and slightly thickened.
  • Let cool slightly before blending until smooth. Chill until ready to use.

Blend the Base

  • In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum (or non-alcoholic substitute), sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice.
  • Blend on high until silky smooth and creamy.
