Instructions

Prepare the Filling

Cook the Compote

  • In a small pan, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened, then cool completely.

Layer the Dessert

  • In serving glasses, add a layer of cheesecake filling, followed by blackberry compote, and repeat until full.
  • Ensure the top layer is cheesecake filling.

Whip the Topping

  • Combine mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
