Instructions

Caramelizing the Pears

  • Melt unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add diced pears, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  • Set aside to cool.

Preheating and Mixing Dry Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Mixing Wet Ingredients
