Instructions

Preparation

  • Grate the potatoes and onion, and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel. Combine grated potatoes and onion with eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.

Cooking the Beef Filling

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir in parsley before removing from heat and mix in shredded cheese.

Assembling the Pancakes

  • Flatten a small handful of the potato mixture into a patty, place a generous amount of beef filling in the center, and cover with another layer of potato mixture, sealing the edges.

Frying
