Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

Brownie Batter

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Sift the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt into the wet mixture.

Cream Cheese Layer

Assembly
