Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir until well mixed, resembling wet sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Make the Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and free of lumps.
  • Add creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and creamy.

Fold in Whipped Cream

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula to keep it airy and light.

Assemble the Cheesecake

  • Remove the crust from the fridge and spread the peanut butter cheesecake filling evenly over the top.
