  • Begin by placing the chopped rhubarb and apple into a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  • Pour the smooth puree into a saucepan, and stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat and stir often to prevent sticking.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for about 15-20 minutes until thickened and spreadable.
