Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Place whole bell peppers directly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until well-charred.
  • Let them cool slightly, then peel off the skins and remove the seeds.

Blend the Dip

  • In a food processor, combine the roasted bell peppers, crumbled feta, Greek yogurt or sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and black pepper.
  • Pulse until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Adjust & Garnish

  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil and honey if desired. Sprinkle herbs for garnish.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Pair with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies. It can also be used as a sandwich spread.

Notes

For a deeper smoky flavor, consider grilling the peppers. You can also add a teaspoon of smoked paprika for extra warmth.
